How do I return?

I want to return my items. How can I do this?

Our returns process is simple, just use the returns note in your parcel and follow the steps below:

1. To allow us to process your returns successfully, simply tick the items being returned on the returns note. Please ensure you include both your items and the returns note inside the parcel.
2. Attach your pre-paid label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at a MaltaPost branch. No postage is paid at the time of making the return as we’ll deduct a €7 returns charge from your refund.
3. Keep the proof of return receipt safe until your refund has been processed. You will receive a refund within 14 days to the payment method that you used to place your order.
