Delivery Times & Costs
Standard Delivery: 5–7 working days (confirmed at checkout).
Free Shipping: Available on all orders over ฿2,200.
Small Order Fee: Orders under ฿2,200 incur a ฿220 delivery charge.
Delays: Please allow extra time during sales, weekends, and public holidays (both local and UK).
Customs, Duties & "Hold & Call" Service
Because your order ships from the UK, it may be subject to import fees. To prevent your parcel from being stuck at the border, we use a Hold & Call service:
Email Notification: You will receive an automated email detailing the estimated customs fees (a percentage of your order value) due upon arrival in Thailand.
Required Action: You must reply to this email confirming you accept these charges. We cannot export your parcel from our London hub until we receive this acknowledgement.
Fast Track Release: Once confirmed, your parcel is released for the next available flight.
Note: The final delivery promise will depend on how quickly you submit your details and confirmation to the courier. Providing your confirmation promptly ensures your order stays on schedule for its daily flight departure. All customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Restrictions
Residential Addresses Only: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Fixed Shipping Address: Orders must be delivered to your registered account address; alternative delivery addresses are not currently supported.
Order Logistics
Split Shipments: Items are usually shipped together, but may arrive in separate parcels.
Delayed Items: If part of your order is delayed, we will ship it separately as soon as it is in stock at no extra cost to you.
Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your items comply with local import regulations.
